1. Jin Lumei

Potentilla fruticosa L, a shrub of the Rosaceae, Potentilla genus, can reach up to 2 meters in height and peel off the bark longitudinally. Sepals are ovoid, sharply pointed to shortly acuminate, petals are yellow, broadly obovate, rounded and obtuse, and longer than sepals; styles are nearly basal, and achenes are brown-brown and nearly ovate, flowering and fruiting from June to September. Distributed in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Tibet. Hillside grassland, gravel slopes, shrubs and forest margins.

2. Chamaecyparis

Perennial herb, a famous kind of Tibetan flower, oblong leaves, whorled, unisexual flowers, capsules, oblate. The root is poisonous and can be used as traditional Chinese medicine, which has the effects of expectorant and pain relief. It is more common in my country's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Loess Plateau. Its roots, stems, and leaves contain large poisons. It can be used as a medicine for external application to eliminate blood accumulation. It can also be used as a pesticide to control stem borers and aphids. But humans and animals must not eat it. The root system of the chamomile flower is large, and the water absorption capacity is extremely strong. It can adapt to arid and cold climates, and the surrounding herbs are difficult to fight against. The more developed the root system, the more toxic.

3. Snow lotus

Snow lotus, because its top shape resembles a lotus, it is named snow lotus, abbreviated as snow lotus. There are 10-20 flower heads, and a spherical total inflorescence is densely packed at the top of the stem. The involucre is hemispherical, 1 cm in diameter; the involucre is 3-4 layers, with purple-brown edges or all. Small flowers are purple. The crested hair is stained white. Snow lotus is mostly distributed in Xinjiang Tianshan (Urumqi, Bokda, Heshuo), Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and other places. Russia and Kazakhstan are also distributed.
