I've noticed Agatha Christie being mentioned in some previous threads (both the books and movies based on her books), but are there any other mysteries (either series or stand-alone books) that people are reading these days?

I'm currently reading a book titled A Pinch of Poison by Frances and Richard Lockridge (originally © 1941) that was part of their "Mr. and Mrs. North" series of mysteries.

Mystery books and similar literature in general do not appeal to me. I like books about scientific facts or with some rules. That is, those that develop us when we read them. I do not interfere. For a long time I had a problem with grammar, which prevented me from learning. In order to get good grades, I used to go to editing companies that I found out about through Editage reviews indeed. And that's how everything that was not written correctly was corrected for me. Now I try to remember how to spell each word myself while I'm reading something.

I plan to use this in my own writing. Having this material at my disposal will help me write a better essay because I will be more knowledgeable https://ipsnews.net/business/2021/1...riting-services-to-hire-an-essay-writer-from/ after having it. It isn't clear to me if I should write a student paper on my own or hire a professional academic writer because the website says that they can help me.
